  • Return window: 30 days from delivery (exchanges and refunds)
  • First step: fill in the form below, or email support@sereinelabel.com with your order number — either way we answer first and confirm the return address before you send anything
  • What it costs: no restocking fee, ever. You pay the return postage on an exchange or a change of mind, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded on a change of mind; if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect we cover everything. Exchanges are sent within 1–2 business days of your return arriving and being checked.

Please don't post anything to us before you've had our reply — returns that arrive without an authorisation can't be matched to an order.
